Christmas

I have joined Narelle's 1 Item a month for Christmas. This is what I have achieved for the month. A tree skirt and a table topper (just needs to be quilted) and 12 christmas tea towels.

Eleana's birthday present


I made this sewing bag, pin cushion and needle case for my friend's birthday, her favorite colour was blue, she loved it.

Before Christmas I received my stitchery back. Thank you ladies for all your hard work. I love it. I am thinking of making it into a cushion, but I will think about it for a little while.

Mary Grace was my swap partner. I received these fantastic goodies from her - all the way from the USA. Christmas Advent calender,angel peg ornament, notecards, sticky notes,jumbo tags,scissor fog, dmc verigated threads and some christmas material.

Chookyblue SSCS


Nancy (nancynearphiladelphia.blogspot.com/) was my swap partner.

Nancy was allowed to open her small gift first, a cross stitch santa, to hang on her tree. Nancy's other parcel was to be put under the tree till Christmas day. I sent her a hand stitched table mat, a Christmas bag and a Bon Bon.

Before Christmas I took part in Maree's swap. Marlene was my swap partner in Nz (catsandcapers blogspot.com)

I sent her a magazine, chocolates, nail file,tea strainer, bag, sewing things (pin cushion,needle case and tape measure) Christmas ornament, I wrapped them and put them in a Christmas stocking.

I received a lovley email saying she was doing a happy dance and she loved all the goodies.
